A sugar filled, classic PSL isn’t worse than a protein and fiber packed PSL smoothie… it’s just DIFFERENT! What you choose can depend on the day, what you’re in the mood for and what would help you feel good (mentally, emotionally and physically!)

With Thanksgiving tomorrow here in the US and all of the holiday events comin’ up……➡️ Don’t forget to fuel your body the morning of a big food related event or meal 💕. If we skip meals before to “save up” calories it’ll just backfire by us eating more later and probably not enjoying it as much because we’re in such a primal mode of “FEED ME!”

Ingredients:
1 tsp instant coffee granules
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup milk
1 scoop protein powder, optional
1-2 tsp vanilla pudding mix, optional for sweetness + thickness
handful ice cubes

Dissolve the instant coffee in 1-2 tbsp water
Blend W/ remaining ingredients.
Taste & adjust the sweetness/spice. You can add honey or maple syrup.
