This week, we’re showing you our latest recipe for the Hario V60. This recipe is based on a 02-size model of the Hario V60, although you can easily modify this recipe to fit smaller or larger brewers.
13g – 200g
90°C Water
50g Bloom – 0:00
50g Pour – 0:30
50g Pour – 1:00
50g Pour – 1:30
Total Brew Time – 2:30
We used a Commandante grinder, on a relatively coarse grind setting for this brew.
