Summer season is a good way out to have ice cream. There must be hardly someone who doesn’t like ice cream. We already have seen different recipes of ice creams, kulfies in last 2 years. Here is another easy and simple recipe of coffee ice cream. Do try it and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1 pint Fresh cream
• 1/4 cup Instant Coffee powder
• 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup Water
Method:
• Take fresh cream into a bowl. Pour the whole tin as it is into the
bowl.
• Transfer the bowl into the freezer for an hour.
• Into another bowl take coffee powder.
• Add powdered sugar, water and mix well so that powdered sugar
won’t splash out while blending.
• Blend the mixture for about 4-5 minutes until it becomes nice and
creamy.
• You can use mixer in place of hand blender.
• Take 1/2 cup regular sugar and blend it in mixer. Do not use 1/2
cup powdered sugar.
• Transfer the mixture into freeze for about 30 minutes to cool
down.
• After cooling the fresh cream for an hour beat it.
• After beating for about a minute it becomes nice creamy and
smooth.
• Add coffee mixture into the fresh cream according to how strong
coffee flavour you like and beat the mixture again until it becomes
nice and creamy.
• Transfer the mixture into a plastic container.
• Close the lid of the plastic container and transfer it into the
freezer overnight or for at least 12-13 hours to set.
• While serving you can garnish it with chocolate syrup if you want.
• If you want the ice cream then you can add about 3-4 tsp
powdered sugar while beating the powdered sugar.
