Dalgona coffee was all the rage during lockdown. But, it is too much work & requires a lot of time & muscle power. So, I used this method to store my Dalgona so I could enjoy it whenever I wanted without any hassle. Let’s make this.
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup warm water- pour this in little by little
Beat the sugar, coffee & warm water with an electric mixer or using a whisk or you can also blitz this up in a mixxi till it’s frothy & has a mousse like texture. Store it in an airtight container & freeze for upto 3 months. Add 2-3 tbsp of the frozen dalgona to a glass of hot or cold milk. Mix well & sip in.!
