Ingredients
1 OZ. APPLE BRANDY
1 OZ. BOURBON
1 OZ. FRESH APPLE JUICE
½ OZ. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
2 DASHES WALNUT BITTERS (OPTIONAL)
TOOLS:
SHAKER, STRAINER
GLASS:
COUPE
GARNISH:
APPLE SLICE, GROUND CINNAMON, GROUND STAR ANISE
Preparation
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a floating apple slice then dust with cinnamon and star anise.
