Ingredients:
1/4 cup coffee beans (40 g)
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate (40 g)

1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate (40 g) – for the second coating (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt your preferred chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
2. Stir in whole coffee beans, making sure each bean is fully coated with chocolate.
3. Use a fork to lift out the coated beans, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
4. Place the beans on a parchment-lined tray, ensuring they are separated.
5. **Optional:** After the first layer hardens, repeat the coating process for a thicker chocolate shell.
6. Refrigerate the tray for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
