Philz Coffee makes an awesome iced coffee drink that’s known as the “Mint Mojito”. My friends and I love it so much that we decided to try and make it ourselves.
Here’s my adaptation of Philz Coffee’s mint mojito.
***Instructions***
1) Rinse filter
2) Add ice to your brewing vessel/carafe
3) Add ground coffee (medium coarseness) to filter
4) Brew hot coffee over ice (8:1 water to coffee ratio, 15:1 for lighter coffee taste)
5) Muddle sugar and mint together until mint is “bruised”
6) Combine sugar/mint concoction with iced coffee in a serving carafe, stir thoroughly
7) Serve over ice
8) Add a splash of half-and-half to taste
