Iced coffee is a coffee beverage served cold. It may be prepared either by brewing coffee normally (i.e. carafe, French press, etc.) and then serving it over ice or in cold milk or by brewing the coffee cold. In hot brewing, sweeteners and flavoring may be added before cooling, as they dissolve faster. Iced coffee can also be sweetened with pre-dissolved sugar in water
Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
1-2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder (adjust according to your preference for strength)
1-2 teaspoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes
Optional: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, or any other flavorings you like
Instructions:
In a glass or a blender, add the instant coffee powder and sugar.
Pour in a little milk (about 2 tablespoons) and mix well until the coffee and sugar are dissolved.
Add the rest of the milk and stir until everything is well combined.
If using a blender, you can blend the mixture for a few seconds to create a frothy texture.
Add ice cubes to a serving glass.
Pour the cold coffee mixture over the ice cubes.
If desired, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup or any other flavorings you like.
Stir everything together before enjoying your delicious cold coffee!
