1 cup of chilled milk
2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder (or 1 shot of espresso)
2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup of cold water
Ice cubes
Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of flavored syrup (such as vanilla or caramel) or a scoop of ice cream for extra richness
Instructions:
Dissolve the Coffee:
In a small bowl or cup, dissolve the instant coffee and sugar in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until completely dissolved. If using espresso, you can skip this step and just add the sugar directly.
Prepare the Coffee Base:
Pour the dissolved coffee mixture (or the espresso) into a blender.
Add Milk and Water:
Add the chilled milk and the cold water to the blender.
Blend:
Add a few ice cubes to the blender. If you’re using flavored syrup or ice cream, add it now.
Blend the mixture until it’s frothy and well combined.
Serve:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the blended cold coffee into the glass.
Garnish (Optional):
You can garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate or caramel syrup, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon for an extra touch.
