Cold Dalgona Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
Cold milk (dairy or non-dairy, as preferred)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Whip the Coffee Mixture:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture until it becomes thick and frothy. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes with a hand mixer or around 8-10 minutes if whisking by hand. The mixture should form stiff peaks when ready.
Prepare the Glass:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour cold milk into the glass, filling it about three-quarters of the way.
Top with Whipped Coffee:
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the cold milk. You can smooth it out or create peaks for a decorative touch.
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve the Dalgona latte immediately. Stir the whipped coffee into the milk before drinking for the best flavor.
