I recently tried a cold coffee made with fresh dates at a restaurant, and it inspired me to give it a try myself. Instead of using fresh milk, the recipe used soaked almonds and nuts as a dairy-free milk alternatives

3 cashews
2 dates
5 raisins
30 ml espresso shot
200 ml water
Few ice cubes
Soaked the nuts, dates and raisins, blend with fresh espresso and water.
