Brewed Iced Coffee
1/2 cup (120ml) brewed coffee
3/4 cup (180ml) cold water
1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
Ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a glass/jar stir coffee, sugar and boiling water.
2. Add cold water, ice cubes and stir well or shake.
3. Serve!
Iced Mocha Coffee
1 tablespoon Instant coffee
1/2 cup (120ml) Hot water
3/4 cup (180ml) Milk
1/2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
1. In a glass or a jar stir coffee, cocoa powder and sugar.
2. Add milk, ice cubes and stir well or shake.
3. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Coconut Iced coffee
1/2 cup (120ml) Brewed coffee or espresso
3/4 cup (180ml) Coconut milk
1-2 tablespoons Sweetened condensed milk
Iced cubes
Directions:
1. In a glass or a jar stir coffee and sweetened condensed milk.
2. Add coconut milk, ice and stir/shake.
3. Serve!
Vanilla Iced Coffee
1/2 cup (120ml) Brewed coffee or espresso
3/4 cup (180ml) Milk
1-2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a blender.
2. Transfer to a glass or a jar.
3. Serve with whipped cream or ice-cream scoop (optional)
Notes:
• Instead of brewed coffee you can use 1/2 cup boiling water + 1 Tbsp instant coffee
• You can use cow’s milk, almond milk, oat milk or any other milk that you prefer.
