😊 In this video, I’ve included the process of growing carrot tops, a delicious pumpkin porridge recipe for Victor’s nursing, the first usage of the coffee machine, and making and eating kimchi stir-fried pork for dinner.

🥦 Recipe
🥨 Pumpkin Porridge
▫️Microwave the pumpkin for about 3 minutes on each side.
▫️Then cut the pumpkin into quarters.
▫️Remove the seeds.
▫️Cut off the skin, and chop it into smaller pieces.
▫️add enough water to cover the pumpkin in a bowl
▫️Microwave for another 1 minute and 30 seconds.
▫️Then, blend it in a blender.
▫️Put the blended pumpkin in a pan and boil it.
▫️Once the pumpkin is boiling, add glutinous rice water.
*** Making Glutinous Rice Water
(roughly mix 4 tbsp of glutinous rice powder with 300ml of water)
▫️Next, add 3 tbsp of sugar.
▫️Add 1/2 tsp of salt too.
▫️For a creamier taste, I added 1/2 cup of milk.
▫️Need to keep stirring until the pumpkin porridge is cooked.
▫️Add a garnish. (toppings)
🥕Ingredients🥕
▪️Pumpkin 600g
▪️Glutinous rice flour 4 tbsp
▪️Water 300ml
▪️Sugar 3 tbsp
▪️Salt 1/2 tsp
▪️Milk 1/2 cup
▪️Toppings (pine nuts, parsley, etc.)
🥨 Kimchi Stir-fried Pork
▫️To remove the smell of pork, stir-fry it with cooking sake and garlic.
▫️Once the meat is almost cooked, add the onions.
▫️Then add the chopped kimchi.
▫️Add the sauce and stir-fry again.
*** Making Sauce: (2 tbsp of chili powder, 2 tbsp of Oligo syrup,
1 tbsp of stevia, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of Yon-du sauce)
▫️Cut some spring onions and add them.
▫️Finally, turn off the heat and sprinkle with pepper to finish!

▪️Pork 1kg (for bulgogi)
▪️Cooking sake
▪️Minced garlic
▪️Onion
▪️Kimchi
▪️Spring onion
▪️(2 tbsp of chili powder, 2 tbsp of Oligo syrup, 1 tbsp of stevia,
2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of Yon-du sauce)
