Sharp, refreshing and super easy to make.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2.5 parts Kahlúa coffee liqueur
1 part egg white (raw – save the heat for the omelettes)
0.5 part Simple Syrup
1 part fresh lemon juice
Here’s the important bit: Shake for a few seconds. Then stop. Add ice. Shake some more. Phew.
Strain into a glass (don’t forget the foam!) and serve with a lemon wheel.
