Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe is very popular on the streets of Vietnam, the unique thing about it is the use of condensed milk. This makes the coffee a little sweet while still having a good caffeine kick and also has a slightly creamy texture.
Traditionally, for this recipe, the coffee is brewed using a Vietnamese Coffee Press aka ‘phin’. It is nothing but a coffee filter that is very commonly used in Southeast Asia. But you can use any type of brewed coffee for this recipe.
