INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
200g of ice
180ml of cold water
100g of sugar
METHOD
1. Pour the ice, coffee, sugar, and half of the water into the blender. Blend.
2. Gradually add the remaining water to allow the ice to grind well.
3. Once it has reached a nice frothy consistency, it’s ready! Decorate with chocolate drops and cocoa powder and enjoy.
Note: By reducing the amount of water, you can achieve an even frothier result.
